      Pros

      The company has recently offered flex-time, giving the option to work from 8-4, 9-5, or 10-6. Great brands.

      Cons

      The company pays 25-30% below market value, they have promised employees raises and have not kept their word, they have promised temps full time jobs and not kept their word, management is completely disconnected from what employees do on a day-to-day basis, there are conflicting goals within the company, and limited resources, and employees are held accountable for it all.

      Pros

      They used to provide great benefits, but now they are just okay. Good Work/Life Balance.. Amazing products. Managers are usually understanding to family problems.

      Cons

      No career growth and opportunities. No development opportunities. Staff functions are not supported by management. They rather let you sink then get involved in the daily problems which can only be straightened out by management. The IT Department is a mess and upper management does not challenge them to improve. Salaries are below the market rate.
