      Pros

      Great Brands to work with and always looking to innovate. The attention to details and quality requirements are second to none I have worked with. Great Staff welfare options and a fantastic work life balance.

      Cons

      Too Italian in the staff composition. Too much power play and in fighting among departments. Matrix set up very poorly implemented

      Growing business with many changes. The company is introducing some global best practices and processes. Great culture and fun place to work.

      Cons

      Overworked. Lots of fires to put out. With this growing company its hard to implement these new changes while covering daily work.
