      A urgent need of improvement, especially company culture & HR management

      Pros

      High Stability of the company, good reputation among consumers, nice products To work with, Friendly environment, Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Still some residues of nepotism and unfair favoritism, poor HR management in leading change, very poor talent management, no career plans. Meritocracy based only on years of experience and not on real competencies and background.

      Pros

      Good part-time benifits including mileage, paid vacation, 401k plan. I loved the flexibility of making out your own schedule and stores to visit. I had great supervisors and was rewarded with bonuses and annual pay raises for all my hard work.

      Cons

      Company decided to lay off 80% of their sales force including some of their best reps and supervisors.
