      The constant care on the employees and their families. The friendly environment and the love from the employees towards Ferrero. The company helps you growth and motivates you to move forward.

      Cons

      Difference of benefits among employees. Some areas have too many hierarchy. Italian mentality of work long hours is strong. The company should drive into flexible hours and smart working.
