      Company values are present everywhere in the office, The Company climate is very nice. I have been working at Ferrero for almost 4 years and each day of the past 4 years was a pleasure to come to the office.

      Cons

      work/life balance is very bad, no possibility of home working. it's impossible to receive a clear career path even if asked to manager/hr, company policy does not allow to provide employees with career path. career opportunities for female employees are very low if compared to male's ones.

      Working for the Thorntons brand Ferrero are investing heavily in Thorntons in both Retail and FMCG. Stores are being upgraded, IT systems are being revamped and the company is currently going through an organisational restructure

      Sometimes work can be slow.. not enough jobs to keep me busy
