      Lots of work & work pressure with no/ rare growth

      i had worked for 3 year on offrole , first 1.5 year was good, with lot of work, support & fun from seniors was there, after changing top level management it become worse, earlier who had got growth they got, later employees like who joined less than 2 year got no up gradation, but work pressure & amount is same for all executives,

      Cons

      taking work of 2 employee from one employee especially in regional offices, low manpower in regional offices, regional office executives in logistics have no/ rare growth (still same situation. i lefted 1+year ago)

      You will be proud of the italian products and history. Ferrero brand is recognized worldwide level. There is the only good...

      Cons

      Very hierarchical culture. The politics are more important than performance. You have to be nice with some Managers to have growth and be supported if you are a Manager. Managers abuse of their local power and because of their good relations with HQ they still in the Company for years with manipulation leadership. Careful with a lot of promises. Work life balance doesn’t exist.
