      There is nothing positive about Ferrero.

      Cons

      Nepotism, CEO hires all of his buddies to do absolutely nothing. Policies don’t apply to HR or Management, MANY incidents have been covered up. Extremely over worked and under paid. Ancient systems and procedures. Change and progression is nonexistent. 401k match decreased. There are not enough desks, some employees share a desk, the heat doesn’t even work in the building. Instead of providing support HR is only concerned with finding out who wrote bad reviews on Glassdoor, and trying to cover them up by posting good (fake) reviews.
