      Great brands to work on Flexible working hours Good canteen There used to be a lot more positives, but these have slowly faded away

      Cons

      No training offered to back office staff Lack of communication between teams Lack of transparency or help with career development Company has grown immensely, but the infrastructure hasn’t been able to keep up and support this growth Poor staff retention, resulting in loss of knowledge Not the same company it once was

      Lot of opportunity to grow and develop new skills. The people who work in management are approachable and open to new ideas.

      Cons

      Please keep that handsome maintenance supervisor away from the line, he's distracting all of the female employees! They should have a store inside the factory that sells products to the workers
