-No work-life balance -Extremely long working hours with unpayed overtime that cant be recovered -No clarity in career path -No correlation between work responsabilites and career grow/compensation -Below average wages for Luxembourg -Top down colture with no space for personal opinion (the want yes-men and yes-women) -HR doesn’t care about people wellbeing -Not an international environment, totally Italian and not open to change -Traning programs are available but only few can participate without clarity on the selection process -Woman descrimination occurs on a dayle basis.
