Ferrero USA used to be a good company with family values, smart people, and great products but since the new Management took over, things have gotten terrible! A group of competent, educated women And senior leadership have left Ferrero within the past 3 months due to A toxic work environment based on achieving numbers at all costs and damaging relationships at many customers

There is a crisis at Ferrero currently! With the great new products and acquisitions, people should be happy to work here. However.... * In the past 3 months At least 20 women from sales and marketing have left (or been forced out) of the company. Some women who come back from maternity leave are given less responsibility when they return and told that they have no flexibility with their schedules. Yet, men Are afforded flexibility. The new management team have left their families in other states to work short term here, make money at all costs and leave. *The only way to get a good management position here is to be friends or former work colleagues with the New management ..Talented, dedicated, tenured employees are passed over to bring in friends. * There are no leaders here, only managers, and micro managers at that. Internal Team Leads are not leaders and have turned their teams over every year for 3 years for lack of support for their team members due to fear. Exhaust every single other opportunity you have or you will find yourself with regret and job searching again within a year!! There is no career pathing or salary transparency Run, don't walk to your next interview. * After 2 plus years, Top sales management still does not know people's names and refers to everyone as" dude or man" even if you are a woman making people feel insignificant.
