Only pro is the pay and benefits but there is always better.

Cons

Toxic work eviroment, alot of victim blaming if something happens (happened to me many times, not notifying about COVID-19 related instances until days after, disgusting treatment of people who have problems with mental health or struggle after bereavement leave etc.
