Pros

Iconic name to put on the cv. Famous products.

Cons

-No work-life balance -Extremely long working hours with unpayed overtime that cant be recovered -No clarity in career path -No correlation between work responsabilites and career grow/compensation -Below average wages for Luxembourg -Top down colture with no space for personal opinion (the want yes-men and yes-women) -HR doesn’t care about people wellbeing -Not an international environment, totally Italian and not open to change -Traning programs are available but only few can participate without clarity on the selection process -Woman descrimination occurs on a dayle basis. It often happens that management asks women if they inted to have children. It is accepted for men to openly make comments on women’s appearance. (man dominated environment).

Pros

They used to provide great benefits, but now they are just okay. Good Work/Life Balance.

Cons

Staff functions are not supported by management. They rather let you sink then get involved in the daily problems which can only be straightened out by management. The IT Department is a mess and upper management does not challenge them to improve. Salaries are below the market rate. No career opportunities. I would not recommend this employer to a friend. Stay away from this company no matter how desperate you are for a job.

Pros

Christmas box with a generous amount of candy (but beware not everyone gets the same: VPs receive more exquisite products).

Cons

Toxic culture. Questionable behaviors are accepted. A predominantly male management has a macho attitude and casual language and disrespectful comments are tolerated, while enforcing a strict dress code. Women are virtually absent in senior positions and the D&I strategy is just a facade.
