standard salary, health care for you and your family, typical multinational benefits ( Gym, discounts in shops and contracts), flexible time schedulling for the work period, employee parking

Cons

working schedule is quite tight speacially centrally, you end up working more hours than expected and you are intended to be online full time. Managing regions means being availableat their time zone and that usually ends up in a longer time schedule
