      New building, approachable finance team, good mentoring and room for advancement

      Budgets mean nothing, internal controls mean nothing, not much is expected of people.

      Undeniably mismanaged; the facility could easily run a lot smoother if simple things were rapidly changed. I say this after closely observing and analyzing daily operations.
