      Great opportunity wasted by office politics. Accountability doesn't exist for upper management

      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn how Commercial vehicle emissions work and how the global economy works. Incredible company. Excellent manufacturing experience. College degree is recognized

      Cons

      Accountability doesn't exist. Management plays favorites and if you aren't a favorite you will be canned. Morale. Supervisors don't understand that the gap leaders aren't always wrong. Supervisors don't supervise. Many can be found in the break room and become irate when you ask them to get back to their line because they are being paged.

      Pros

      Very friendly work atmosphere and always a new thing to learn. If you have the passion to learn and grow, it is the right place to be at. Good bosses and team building activities. They take care of their employees.

      Very political - Can get one frustrated easily. Heavy workload.
