      Stressfull, has to many proceduees but difficult to follow. Poor HR management

      Pros

      Good salary has procedures for everything but no training so people end tired trying to use systems at their best understanding.

      Cons

      Not good etic practices at SLP plant. Mainly at HR, but as it is allowed some managers harrass ladies, HR may fire people without good reason or not following laws and internal procedures.

      Plenty of resources to learn

      Management is choppy where they tend to bounce between French concepts and ideals over to NA based ideals making it difficult to understand who wants what. Projects are by far the worst I ever encountered - no accountability and far to difficult to deliver information!

      My time at Faurecia, has been quite adventurous because I've gotten the chance to learn so many different tasks.

      Pros

      It's not guaranteed for everyone, but I have met some pretty amazing people at this place. They make the work time pass a lot quicker. During my time at Faurecia, my patience level has grown tremendously. Because I've had to learn so many different jobs at Faurecia, I am now able to learn and master most any new task in short periods of time. I have also become more comfortable working with others.

      Cons

      For me, the biggest challenge at Faurecia is baring the heat. It's always cool in the break area and the offices, but on the production floor (where most of my time is spent) it is unbelievably hot!
