Great Training Opportunities. There is a good mix of office and plant exposure. Work load is manageable and not overwhelming.

Cons

Some of the daily bill of material work is tedious. Some of the software may be outdated as well. A lot of manual double checking is done when a computer program could be written to help catch user errors.
