Management has overwelmed the facility with seemingly no regard of how the plant should was run in the past!

The paycheck and some of the people.

Cons

Too many hours, no room to park, employee moral is low, the company wastes it's money and it's resources and too many things going on and now time to do them. Most of the machines are too close together creating danger in the work enviroment.

great work environment , clean, people don't look down on you. more equal then not. Opportunities are always popping up.

Cons

when some of the workers get promoted to gap leader they get lazy and think they dont have to work as hard. if i was gab leader i would work harder and make sure no lines go down even if i had to help the others on there lines..
