Great opportunities, some difficult transitions and heavy procedures

Exposure to a very wide range of automotive experience; working on exhaust systems can be a very challenging and rewarding from an systems engineering perspective, involves acoustics, materials, heat transfer and fluids. Good people all around.

Cons

After multiple acquisitions and mergers, company culture had become bogged down with a lot of red tape by the time I left. Management sometimes seems to exist for its own sake. If one can navigate through this, it is manageable and not much different than any other big company.
