Disorganized, disjointed, disinterested - That's Faurecia

Pros

The pay was relatively competitive; very little supervision (or support depending on how you look at it)

Cons

Lazy, disinterested management who offer no training and don't advocate for employees trying to make changes. Very poor industry reputation for product quality, employee skill level and leadership.

Pros

A lot of overtime, you can live in that place if you want to. Payment isn't too much, but looking at other companies it could be a lot worse.

Cons

Instead of asking their own workers how things could be improved and communicating their ideas to them, the management just makes rash decisions without telling anyone and think it improves the work. When in reality most of the time it only makes it worse. Work load is very big, you have to work all the time and run around to do what is asked of you, often times even that wont be enough.
