Too much (unpaid) overtime Too few interaction within working teams Very bad communication between teams The development center in Hagenbach has grown without a coherent direction. That makes you find several opposite strategy directions in the same team or work repeated because members of the same team hardly interacts with each other. You can find a lot of bosses but too few leaders. Recognition is a factor completely missed, sometimes you could feel like if you were a machine making part of the manufacturing plant, instead of a real person providing benefit to the company.
