      Cons

      With much of their growth being a result of acquisition, there can be times when managing projects through so many diverse corporate cultures can be difficult. Top management is addressing this issue and making improvements.

      Micro management at so many levels. Systems used to report are repetitive and request the same info several different ways, wasting precious time.
