As an intern, I felt that I was not given enough work to do. More responsibility and maybe a project would have been better for learning more about engineerings processes and development.

Not a lot of recognition. Big company so sometimes you can feel like you're just a number. Propose jobs at last minute. Not enough career follow up by HR. Some people seems to spend all their life at work... go get a life ... I was a bit shocked in some trimestrial meetings of how management "threat" employees that the plant might close because labor is cheaper elsewhere and there are less absenteism elsewhere. It was like : if you want to keep your job: work a lot, don't be sick, accept we pay you low salary and shut up...
