Global company with room for individual growth. Fair performance rating system, easy to understand, and reviewed by management and employee throughout the year.. Great leaders: Where I work, our leader is aligned with company strategy, and local requirements. Company requires minimum 30 hours of company paid training every year, and has support system to implement. Company stresses continuous improvement, quality, and allot of communication. Potential for international work assignments.
Cons
Exocentric company strategy, but this is slowly fading as more global workers join the company. Continuous improvement can lead to changes that are not improvements.
