      Flexible work schedule that helps you finish schooling and provides great experience in manufacturing and finance skills. Very good management that help you gain knowledge of how a company is ran and how to maximize your skills

      Cons

      Hiring after finishing internship. Human Resource isn't very helpful in finding jobs after graduation and do not help you wth benefits in the future. Great company to work for but to not help you success

My personal advice to you, that was advice given to me, as a 12-year employee, is to take your future in your own hands. At Faurecia, your options are never-ending. Also, your direct manager can support your career development. Create an internal network @ Faurecia and use it! :)
