Senior Management - Not interested in making improvements. Quality department - unable to resolve supplier quality issues. Production department - produced whatever they wanted. Constantly changed machine setting, so produced large amounts of scrap on a daily basis Production Control - Master schedulers serious under-achievers. More interested in playing around on Facebook than managing the production plan. Material planners left holding the baby.....

There is so many. Management bad, no communication, favoritism, relatives working in same area which is suppose to be against company policy. I have the most seniority of anyone there but it doesn't mean anything. They will take you off your job and give it to someone that just walked in the door. They make us fill out a review of the company and if we tell the truth they want publish the true review. It is a very hot place to work in the summer air conditioner doesn't work or they want turn it on. High turn over of associates because work is hard and fast along with long hours . Prejudice against white people because they are not bringing none in and the ones they do have which is very few they don't even have a chance at getting a gap leader job.
