Pros

Some of the operations people are great to work with.

Cons

If you value and respect yourself, stay away from this company. Work life balance is misery - vacations and holidays are expected to be working Micromanaged by 20 different people that think they are your boss They never fulfill their promises Extremely toxic work environment Fear based management Will embarrass you in meetings to prove a point Zero mid or long term strategy. Everything is urgent to survive today at the sacrifice of tomorrow Everything is hyper urgent so therefore nothing is important Incompetence at multiple levels of the organization, which leads to poor decision making Hyper matrixed organization with zero accountability

Pros

• One of the best learning experience for starters • Great no. of different subject experts • Get used to grind.

Cons

• Work is worship : while it is true that this place is good for starters it comes at a cost; Here they literally work you to death. In last 3 years of working in this company it happened "just a very few" times I worked <10 Hrs/working day and that too I had to explain them why I am taking leave! The consistent workload is such that you will forget what does 2 day weekend means. These things got from bad to worse in the pandemic! •Much less salary and increments as compared to market: When you are putting your heart & soul into work you at least expect equal rewards in return, but you will be greatly disappointed with this aspect because almost "everyone" in whole organisation is working like you! If you are living with others form different companies (which is general in case bachelors) with similar profile you will clearly able to see "Stark" difference between your and their skill and still realise they have way better compensations and "rewards" (No bonus, No satisfactory increment, No festival gifts) than you. • 3 Years of Bond Period as a GET: You may have been able to understand "why" they actually need such a long term bond periods for entry level. But let me tell you the repercussions you will realise at the end of it. 1. When you have been working like a labour for such a long time, this habit of overworking will automatically be instilled in you and you will also face some behavioural changes. 2. If it becomes unbearable & you decide to leave organisation, You have to pay "FULL" bond fees and there are no negotiations whatsoever. (5/25 GETs of my batch still left the job, Now you can imagine!) Due to all these reasons, When the bond period is over almost whole batches of batches leave the organisation except some very few (2-3/50 people; Happened two times over last 5 years). It results into less employee retention rate for Faurecia and which is why "Every job platform contains all the time Job ads from Faurecia India."
