Pros

Great company to work for - really making strides to become better employer (employee programs, feedback, training etc). Pays well. Good working environment and great employees.

Cons

Lots of "political" decision making by management. Not enough North American independence from France "mother-ship". Overly complicated systems that are consequently not utilized by employees correctly or to full potential. Inconsistency in corporate practice and application of lessons learned.
