      Good company if you are in the right position

      Pros

      Salaries always above market average. Good for travelling and learning about new technologies. High potential engineers are well cared in comparision with other companies in the region (South America)

      Cons

      No clear strategy at all. Lot of uncertainty about future because of that. Comunication is really poor and always gossips come earlier than official announcements. The french way of management is really messy and difficult to understand.
