Pros

paid quick, make your own schedule. Commission is very fair.

Cons

Anybody can build a team, doesn't make them a leader. Having to depend on uplines. A lot of loss possible before any real consistent gain.

Pros

401k, Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits

Cons

I was hired for social media. I became the social media manager, Graphic Designer, video editor, managed the podcast room. I was the whole marketing/creative department. They would use me for other agencies that I didn’t work for. Not paid enough at all for how much work they want done for one person. No raises unless the company hit a certain milestone. Haven’t had a raise since I started 1 1/2 years ago. Texted me all hours of the day. Weekends and late nights. On call basically. Basically a glorified pyramid scheme. No respect for your work. They just want want and want.
