Be ready to work hard and purchase leads in bulk. Otherwise you will not survive and you run the risk of being sold duplicate leads.

Pay can be good if you can get a sale.

Cons

The cost of leads can be thousands and the few sales you get can be charged back if they fail to pay their premiums then the providers come back and ask for all that $ back months later! Which you probably spent.
