      Pros

      From day 1 the company mantra has been to put the clients family first as well as your own. I've been doing that from the beginning and became profitable in my first month and haven't looked back. Great products, great training, great comp levels, and renewals. What more can you ask for?

      Cons

      If you're not a self motivated person this may not be for you.

      Pros

      Very High Commission, Great training, Multiple A Rates Insurance companies, No extra fees/"clubs" to join. Control over your own leads. Work life balance is great. Amazing support from the corporate office.

      Not really a con but its commission only and if you not self motivated this isn't for you

      It was very over priced lead that when you call people don't know who you are or who family first is so they say they don't want anything. Normally get pretty mad at you over the phone also.

      Very slim chance of making good money

      Cons

      Very hard to sell And nobody knows who family first is so when you call them they get annoyed and don't trust you. It's a classic IMO. It's so bad that my manager quit also.
