      Pros

      Training is awesome, useful, on target from the top salespeople, one on one bootcamps, diversified product training, family feel for agents in company. Most agents get along with everyone and help each other

      Cons

      crossover lead distribution, some agents sit with your clients and feel that they can write business on them. too many agents working in one county area ,feel like its a boys club

      The Family First Life corporate office is made up of a handful of honest individuals that treat each agent with only the utmost respect. From day one they will let you know what they have to offer but also the hard truth about what it takes to be successful in this industry. They offer HIGH comp, vested renewals from day one, and a large variety of leads/products that make it easy to find the right policy for every family you meet with. They cut away the fat from the business and have found a way to isolate and capitalize on the factors that breed success.

      Not for individuals that aren't self motivated.

      Great work environment with people who are truly invested in the companies success. Sean, Bridget and Nichole are such a supportive team!
