Pros

I don't know of any other job and opportunity that allows you to make full time income working part time! Or unlimited income should you choose. I've been in this industry for 8yrs and wish I would have found these guys day 1! I'm a full time single parent and also a commercial pilot, so flexibility has been so important to me and this is where it's at.

Cons

None unless you lack basic motivation and the ability to be your own boss.

Pros

I love that they have a system, that if you work it, you can be earning money from the start. The support on products is phenomenal and i was able to sell 2 annuities my first 2 months in the business. I love the weekly sales calls which are very positive and helpful. The commission structure is the best in the industry!!

Cons

Not any really..i think they have a great philosophy.

You can own your schedule, they have an excellent culture, the money is great. Large amounts, fast paychecks, leads are the most affordable in the industry.

Cons

You're responsible for your schedule, easy to slack. Especially if you work from home. Self starters excel.
