Utterly disappointed

Pros

Multiple carriers, good comp grid.

Cons

Miscommunication from the top down. Management tries to hard sell forcing you to buy leads and travel. If you can't sell in your own backyard you're not cut out for sales.

We are a lead based company and we are 100% upfront about that with every new agent but agents have no obligation to buy leads. We do not "force" or "hard sell" leads to anyone in fact we don't even sell our own leads we have exclusive deals through different lead vendors. Our leads are exclusive and never re-sold after the first purchase. Leads are available in areas all over the country but based on population not every agent can sell in their own backyard most agents that are willing to work have no problem traveling an hour or two to write $10,000 a week in premium which we work hard to teach every agent how to do so. With a starting comp of 100% it's very simple for a new agent to cash flow over $20,000 a month in their first 90 days. With our free training we work very hard in teaching how to do so and we focus on making every agent profitable. We also purchase leads for new agents when they start with Family First Life to help them get going and making money before they buy their own leads.

Pros

I've worked here for 3 years and my income has more than doubled each year. I've been challenged regularly in order to help me grow personally, help more families and create a great ifestyle for my family. I've been provided the greatest FREE training by others that sell. This helped me learn to sell and how to be insanely profitable as long as I put in the work! We can choose from several lead vendors, all being exclusive and not resold. There are tons of lead options,

Cons

There are none I see. If you don't want to work hard, make excuses for your lack of success or won't hold yourself accountable, with as many successful agents as there are, you will find some.

Pros

*High compensation right out of the gate...so you earn a living while learning to get good. *NO CONTRACT. *Incredibly good trainers who are professionals, yet humble, and who also sell in the field. *An environment of gratitude, servitude, and 'push'...a 'push' to challenge the independent agent (me / you) to be great at our craft and business. *EVERYONE is in the field selling, even the Vice-Presidents...leadership and mutual respect from the front.

Cons

*FFL wasn't around 15 years ago, or even 5 years ago. My career would've been changed a lot earlier if FFL was in existence back then. *I'm 49 years old and I'm an "old guy" as compared to the general population of my peers here at FFL. It's not really a 'con' of FFL, but more a reflection of how unwilling most people in my age bracket are to change themselves, get uncomfortable, and be challenged.
