Pay for your licensing and help with contracting with carriers.

Cons

Pay for you own leads and they encourage you to buy from their lead portal. A lot of them were recycled and they claim they aren't, but if you bought Fresh/exclusive leads, and then some cheaper 1 mo or 3 mo leads, you would see the same leads in each category.
