      Pros

      The mentors that are provided to you. The entire structure that FFL provides makes it extremely hard to not do well in their system. They value their agents and want to help as many families as possible. I love being a part of this ever growing and evolving team and making a positive difference in our community!

      Absolutely NOTHING! I can not think of a single negative thing to say. This company is the opportunity of a life time and the support they provide is unmatched.

      I have worked for family first life for about a year and love working there. Great compensation, plenty of quality leads and super friendly and helpful people.

      Best comp and training in the industry. No other IMO truly cares about its agents like FFL. If you put in the work you get real results
