Pros

the training is good for a new agent. I really loved my upline he was amazing and even he left knowing the grass was greener on the other side.

Cons

Where do i begin? FFL claims they have the best compensation which is a lie. 85% - 140% which is a horrendous lie , I was lucky to start at 120% because of my previous production. The funny thing is that i only got 120% on 2 products for 2 different companies for simplified term only! , every other product had 20-30% lower. I got a terrible bait and switch . They only train you to sell 2 products no other products at all . Your uplines push you to buy 60$ mortgage protection leads because that is where they make their money and they can override you . The numbers look good , agents writing 20k a month but they never show that after the lead costs, gas, expenses, placement and retention you only net $8,000 a month after producing 20k , your upline and FFL make another 5,000k thanks to your hard work. so you really have to bust your behind . In order to get to "140%" which is only for 2 products mind you, you must have an agency producing a few million dollars a year to even qualify . Other Imos give higher that 120% to start and even higher than 140% if you have and agency producing a million. Their model is a rip off. Their facebook leads from their vendor used to be 10$ now they are 15$ because of profits of course. Those leads used to be good , now you place an order and they come 5 days later and with clients that were never really interested. Their cherry picked leads have been resold a million times and they are overpriced. Their crm is subpar and when you purchase leads you get duplicates that they never want to refund you for. Another terrible thing is I was lied too when i started, they informed me FFL has no affiliation with NAA yet when i received a letter for Trans about some business i had to reinstate i saw superior performers as my upline on the top. CURRENT FFL AGENTS BEWARE! If you want a release from this company they will force you to sign a non compete and this crazy form that states you can't sue them. Overall I really had my hopes up and was very distraught about what i experienced with them I really respected their leader and i just have to find out he just created the same old IMO that everyone else does . Since I written this review of my experience and a few others to express my situation, all of my downlines were moved to other people and the downlines that had debt are still being rolled up to me . If you think that is independent, it's not , This IMO will mess with your contract and put you on as earned if they find out you are selling products outside of the carriers they use.

Pros

You are told what it takes to succeed. There's no magic and there's no cover-up. You need customers. You need products. You need to process customer relationships. The FFL system works. The training works. The coaching works. I can't imagine doing anything else

Cons

You get no free ride. You cannot expect others to spoon feed you success or ride their coattails.
