We have one of the most dynamic lead programs in our industry. We are also very upfront in regards to our leads and our entire process. Usually when someone has the point of view that there is an issue with our leads or process we find that the individual did not put in enough work or they didn't utilize our massive training library.

Pros

I was grumbling to my buddy about being unhappy with the IMO I was partnered with. He had recently started working with Family First Life and told me how happy he was about the comp and the culture! I decided to find out more about Family First Life, and I wound up making the switch. First I was hit with the fact I did not have to sign a contract. I was truly independent. The training are free and they always record them for future reference. All of their trainings are informative and fun to watch and remind me at times of Ted Talks. The comp is more than DOUBLE of that of my past IMO and my renewals are mine from day one. If you are considering working with an IMO I highly recommend Family First Life.

Cons

None. I love being an independent agent and I am proud to be partnered with Family First Life.

Pros

When I graduated college, I struggled to find a job in my field and with the student loan payments starting I decided to follow my grandfather into insurance. I like it more than I ever thought. I have to stay motivated, and sometimes I fail, but I am getting better at motivating myself. I love the freedom I have as an independent agent and I have quite a few mentors who are helping me to learn. Having the freedom to travel and do other things when I want to is invaluable. I may follow my grandfather and become a lifelong agent. If I remain an agent, I will stay at Family First Life. I am making more my first year out of college than I ever thought possible!

Cons

The money is not consistent. Some weeks you make a ton and others not so much! You need to learn to save at the time you make more for the leaner times.

We are glad you decided to join the family business so to speak. Glad to have young agents and thank you for the feedback about "young agent" training. We will look into it.
