      Pros

      I was a teacher who burned out and needed a change of career. I liked working with people but I no longer loved the classroom like I once did. One of my friends was working with Family First Life part-time and teaching. I decided to make a go of it full-time after starting part-time. Work hard and you will make money. I just had to stay consistent. Glad I left my job for this and I am happy to go to work again!

      I miss having my summers off but I am so much happier.

      Pros

      I came to Family First Life from another IMO. I love the culture! It is a young company that is taking a stagnant industry and breathing new life into it. I love their work ethic and the fresh approach to insurance sales. Many of their trainings are podcasts, on YouTube, and Facebook Live events which makes it easy to attend from anywhere. Not to mention I am making more than I ever have in my career. This is a company to grow with!

      To make money you have to work!! This is no free ride.

      Pros

      The name of the company matches my core value. The infrastructure is tight. The leadership meets my standards of integrity. The leads are highly qualified and the easiest to convert to sales. The training is relevant, brief, and archived so I can study all all times, leaving no room for failure. The support of gems like Athena Villanueva and Nicholette Creedmoore is something I have prayed for years to experience. I KNOW they care about my success. Shawn Meaike is a driven professional man, yet down to earth. He’s actually super cool! He is committed to being successful and bringing a lot of people with him. I’m thankful I am one of the many.

      People can’t believe it is real. At times I have to pinch myself, too.
