Pros

Servant leadership that "shows" the way. There are opportunities then there is FFL and non can compare IMO.

Cons

Personal discipline coupled with a work ethic is required.

Pros

I ran out of money for school. I friend told me about Family First Life, and I decided to take a semester off and take my state life insurance exam and get started. It was a lifesaver. I worked for a year and saved some money for school, and now I am working with Family First Life part-time and going to school part-time. It is GREAT. The training is easy to digest and very helpful. My upline is wonderful to work with and understands this has to be part-time for me. Who knows maybe working with Family First Life will fund graduate school!

Cons

You have to work hard and really know how to budget your time.

Pros

I had no direction in my career before I came to Family First Life. I worked to make enough to travel, but I had a string of meaningless jobs. I decided to join Family First Life because I was working for myself. What I never realized was that I now make a living protecting families from unfortunate events. I never knew how powerful that could be until I delivered my first death benefit. I love this job, and it leaves me in charge of when I travel. It's a win all around.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to be motivated but my local office and the national organization helps a ton.
