Pros

I am lucky enough to be one of the founding agents of Family First Life. When we started, we didn't have many carriers or products, and we were fighting to start this company. Together we worked and worked and created a company with a culture we dreamed about. I am so glad to have been here from the beginning. I can make a living in where I can take care of my family in a way never thought possible while helping people. I am honored to teach new agents.

Cons

I have no con's I am proud to be part of Family First Life.

Pros

Environment has many top producing agents, people who are striving to be the best and positive momentum.

Cons

With so many highly competitive people you can expect cut throat competition, trust is one thing you should be cautious with and if you aren't producing 30k+ a month according to management you aren't working.

We do believe that anyone can issue 30k a month, and we encourage any agent that is not having the success that they want to have to reach out to us for help. We are not aware of any managers taking advantage of their downline, if something of that nature was brought to our attention we would put a stop to it.

Pros

I met someone at an event. He told me what he did, and I thought, Insurance agents still go to homes? I researched Family First Life and I decided to give it a go part-time. I discovered I love working with people. Since I started selling insurance, I have learned so much about being in sales. I like this job so much I decided to go for it full time. It's been great. I feel supported and feel great about being part of this organization.

Cons

If you are not consistent you will make nothing. Be prepared some days are great others are not.
