      Pros

      I was in restaurant equipment sales for a while, and then I drifted to other industries, but I missed sales. I decided to give Family First Life a try. They truly impressed me I didn't have to sign a contract, I am genuinely independent, but the supportive and nurturing culture is right there to have my back every day. I dig this job.

      I looked for cons for a long time. Can't find any!

      Pros

      Never thought insurance would be a great job. High comp, never signed a contract, and free training. Love it.

      Comission only is hard but I love my job.

      Pros

      I have been in the insurance game most of my career. I have known Shawn Meaike for a long time, and when I contacted him about, he said to be successful at FFL you had to open your mind and be teachable. I know I have been in the game a long, but I took his advice. My whole career I never took this to another level, and I felt the time was now! I am making more than ever, and I am on my way to becoming a VP and building my own agency.
