      Pros

      When I first joined Family First Life I was deluded into thinking this was going to be a day off every day. This is not winning the lottery this is work! Once I got that idea, I started being able to balance my time better. I work six days a week now, but I work for my future, and I get to represent products I believe in helping families! Nothing better to get me out of bed in the morning.

      Save for taxes! You have been warned.

      Pros

      Brought my whole agency to FFL and it was not an easy switch but once we got used to the FFL way of doing things my agents and I were very happy. the trainings are outstanding. The annual convention and sales conferences are well done. This IMO takes the work seriously and is so wonderful to the agents!

      Pros

      I am part-time but this fits my life perfectly. I want to be around for my kids and my Dad who has is not well. I run business on the weekends when my husband is around to help with the kids. I can make money to help my family and I can be there for them too. I don't think I could have this situation anywhere else.

      Cons

      I am so glad I have this job.
