Pros

Decided to join my Dad in Life Insurance Sales. He moved to FFL a few years before I joined him and I was on his team. He seemed the happiest he has been in his career since joining FFL and I decided to give the "family business" a try. I find value at every turn at FFL. The annual conventions are jammed packed with real world knowledge. The sales conference are the same. What IMO has 5 or more trainings a week where you don't have to get on a call! FFL helps me everyday to be the best agent I can be.

Cons

Working weekends is the worst but neccesary for success!

Pros

It's been a wild ride! I came to FFL from a sales job. I wanted to have success fast, so I started watching the trainings and listening to the podcasts months before I took my insurance agent exam. When I hit the field I was making 5,000 a week from the get go! The second month, no joke I did 40 grand. I will be a VP sooner than anyone in the history of this company.

Cons

I am not having the best success at hiring. I will get there!

Pros

I am a single dad and my daughter is diagnosed on the autism spectrum and other special needs I was always using my vacation time when she was in the hospital or had evaluations I needed to attend. I needed a job where I could make my own hours but be around for my kid. I decided to join Family First Life after I met someone who worked with them at an event. It's been a hard transition, but Family First Life has helped me out every step along the way. If I don't work I won't make money but if my kid needs me I can be there for her.

Cons

This is not an easy position and you will have a learning curve but you will get there.
