      Pros

      As my kids were all in school I decided to financially help my family I wanted to work at something that made a decent amount of money for my family but allowed me to be there for my kids. FFL is great I plan my work around my kids schedules. I have done well but this is a career that can grow as my famil changes.

      Cons

      Dial days can be hard when the kids are home but I make it work but it has to be a priority.

      Secretary at corporate needs to learn to listen to the problem instead of over talking, there are brokers from New York and even on the reviews here, sec. telling me they do not do business in NY

      The carriers we work with do not offer their products in NY. We do have some agents that live in NY but they sell in other states.

      Pros

      Family First Life went out of their way to help me. They assisted me with getting my license and offered free training. The training was plentiful and helpful. My upline helped me with some second chance leads and got me in the field fast. I was set up for success I needed to work hard but all I needed was right in front of me. I was able to find success quickly.

      Cons

      Running weekends is the best time to get people at home. Working weekends is not the best but it must be done.
