Ability to work independently, free training, license pre exam covered

Cons

CRM lead quality not great, too pushy with recruitment, spend more time teaching you to recruit than educating you in the products you are selling

Not what it seems

Pros

If you're exeprienced & have your own lead source/knowledge you'll make the most money. If you are new there is a ton of video content for you to explore yourself & teach yourself.

Cons

Their mentoring is very weak & absent. No onein the upline really wants to help. They always say call the carrier. The leads are way overprized & they dont remove the bad leads from their system & keep reselling them. They brainwash you to buy their leads almost to a point where I believe its their 2nd business in their business. There is a ton that is so unorganized from the minute you get licensed to when you're out in the field. There's a ton that falls through the cracks which causes delays for you to get going.
