Proactive, excellent professional level, real efforts to do things done quickly.

Cons

A little entropic (loses resources) because it changes priorities various times in a month, with senior leadership that is very good but that only discusses their decisions between 5 persons.

- Great place to learn about business and technology. - Great work-life balance. Only once I had to stay until late and that was just 8-9pm. - Massive amount of resources which allow for quick testing of new ideas.

Cons

- Your experience may vary A LOT depending on the team you end up with. I've seen teams loving their work and others extremely stressed or tired. - Lots of technical debt that is currently being addressed. - Information is not centralized, meaning that when you need to know about something, you must search for *the* person that knows about that thing.
