Pros
Good work environment, senior managers develop the people who deserves it. There are also many opportunities to switch jobs from one business unit to the other.
Cons
Facilities are old and located in a bad neighborhood in Santiago. Work/life balance very low. A normal work week is Monday to Friday from 9 and 7 (often later), but considering people lives 45 minutes - 1 hour away, you end up spending most of your time in the office
