1) Work life Balance is good. 2) Right palce to showcase your talent. 3) Always competative environment. 4) Falabella fells like a temporary place to just take a good increment in switch and move on in couple of months. 5) There are handpick amount of people in managment who are very mature.

Cons

1) lack of decistion making in the higher management. 2) Only Developers are valued and othere are treated as livestock. 3) Inital compenistation is high, Increments are very low. 4) Higher managment revolve around specific people and they have high partiality. 5) Peers are like "Mind your own business" no involvement are not supportive.
